Enhancement Proposal

To make it easier for new contributors to get started with the project, update the README file to include:

• Clear project setup instructions (how to run/build the project)
• Requirements or dependencies (if any)
• Steps for making contributions (forking, branching, submitting PRs)
• Add links to relevant resources (e.g., code of conduct, contributing guidelines)
• Any other information that helps beginners participate during Hacktoberfest

This will help onboard new contributors and make the project more beginner-friendly for Hacktoberfest participants.
