Setting create perms reports the wrong number of documents to be modified

On the Document Permissions screen filter the list so you have a mix of docs and folders. (here I have 103)

Do an Add permission to create change.
Pick a doc type
Pick a user/group
Click OK

It reports 103 documents will change. This is not true as it will only apply to the folders.
