+## Submitting Changes

+In order to allow Woboq to redistribute any of your contributions, we need you to agree to our Contributor License Agreement.
+This all handled through https://cla-assistant.io with the following steps:
+
+* Create a pull request normally
+* Click on the button in the comment by the CLA Asistant, if requested to do so
+* Agree by signing in with your github account
+
+You only need to agree to the CLA once for this project.
