Building HTML static bundle failed which only shows a stack trace

Our HTML bundle fails to build on multiple packages now that we are trying update our Gatsby version from version 3 to 4 (latest). Unfortunately the stack traces only show up with not much information on why. There literally is no error message present. Is there an easier way to debug this?

I have been looking at https://www.gatsbyjs.com/docs/debugging-html-builds/ but didn't show promising results.
