[Feature Request] Sort plugins by starts and by stars/download ratio

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. **
I use your website to keep up with new plugins, and to find existing valuable plugins.
The current sorting options could be further improved to make finding valuable plugins easier.

Describe the solution you'd like
I think two facets that could be very useful in the "all plugins" sort options would be "github stars" and especially "github stars/downloads".
These two facets are in my opinion correlated with how useful and valuable plugins are to users.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I considered using the "score" facet, but I don't personally agree with how weights are assigned.
Perhaps one way to improve the score feature would be to allow the user to write their own score formula i.e. ${stars/downloadsCount}
