Fix still broken admin training

Despite the bugfixes we've applied until now, admin training seems to still be broken for folks (we've known for long enough we put up a warning sign.)

I guess now that 22.05 is out properly it's time to make sure the training works.

• reports no longer supported "out of the box" by adding a config option to gravity, like it was with systemd, shall we remove the tutorial from the GAT schedule? And update it to remove ansible references since that code all no longer works
• Experiences upgrading to 22.05 ansible-galaxy#165
  • update roles
  • replace uwsgi with gravity
  • nginx template updates
  • permissions problems with supervisor (but if we use systemd maybe that's not applicable.)

Cancelled, the GTN will not support 22.05. We'll go directly to 23.0 (since we're changing versioning schemes too, yay.)
