Glass-Lab-Flow-Cytometry-Analysis

This repository contains MATLAB scripts used by the Glass Lab at UC Berkeley to analyze flow cytometry data.

You will find each version of the script used in different publications, along with example input & output files, in the folders named for said publications' first authors.

For further instructions on using these scripts, see the comments inside the "FC_analysis_.m" files.

Written and tested in MATLAB R2018b Update 2 (9.5.0.1033004).
