Project Details

LinkML addresses a lot of issues when it comes to using GKS schemas, but there are significant questions about whether it can meet all the needs we have for a schema format. I'd like to try translating GKS (starting with VRS) into LinkML to see how difficult this might be, and what gaps may exist in terms of tooling.
