RTN filter too restrictive with expected year on ongoing tv shows #469

What happens:
I'm searching for a new episode of a tv show that has 10+ year of release date.
In this case year_start=2011 year_end=None (ongoing)
I'm looking for 2025 S12E01 of this particular tv show.
Comet = cache miss -> live scraping -> find various VALID results
those results are filtered out because expected year = 2011 +- 1 year
Probably we should ignore the year filter for the tv shows?
