inconsistent use of periods and capitalization throughout docs #9

Description

Many sentences begin lower case, as in those used in bullet points:

  • only the JS code has to be pushed by artists; they don't have to upload the HTML template which saves a few bytes—at the cost of lossing access to html and js directives.
  • discrepancies between the dev environment of artists & prod; artists have to use some kind of carefully crafted dev environment that mimics prod behavior

But then others begin with capitals:

  • General overview of ONCHFS
  • Core concepts & specifications

(from https://onchfs.com/docs/intro)

Most bullet points do not end in periods while some do. They're often mixed together in the same list. Chicago Manual of Style recommends of lists:

Capitalize the first word after each bullet or number. Insert a period at the end of each item only if it’s a complete sentence, or if the list has a mix of complete and incomplete sentences.
