New Receiver for Desktop: Beta Release

We're developing a new receiver that will eventually replace the current electron based one.

As of now, these are the noteworthy new features:

• Updated UI
• RAOP support
• Google Cast support compatible with the immich mobile app
• Wider media format support compared to the electron receiver
