fixup! docs: HashMap and IMap in the changelog, the collection table and the tutorial

The changelog says that `HashMap.ofSeq` throws `ArgumentNullException` for a default flat list
given as a sequence, where the published 1.0.0 threw `InvalidOperationException` (checked by running
the 1.0.0 assembly).
