fixup! docs: Stack and IStack in the changelog and the collection table
The `Changed` entry of `ofSeq` and `ofArray` says that a `null` input throws `ArgumentNullException` for `source` and for `array`, where the 1.0.0 assembly named both parameters `items`, as the entries of `IndexedList` name the parameters that differ from 1.0.0.
