Habitability Plot Clarity

Based upon feedback it would be good to make the habitability plot clearer

• Add a toggle for the example planet visibility
• Add a planet to the center of the albedo/ghg-term intersection
• Add hover tooltips for Terra and example planets

Bonus points

• Auto update the surface temperature color map
