arm64 docker image

https://hub.docker.com/r/friendlyfriend/immichstat currently only contains amd64 images.

A lot of users run immich (and related services) and arm64 these days (think RPi and similar).

This issue tracks the effort to publish arm64 images of ImmichStat to Docker Hub.

For what it's worth I tried to build this project and it failed for arm64.

Managed to build it with:

I've tried to create an dockerfile for ARM64 by adapting from what you wrote for the newest version 1.0
Could you try it out and report back? thanks

The build passed.

BTW I got 2 warnings:

 2 warnings found (use docker --debug to expand):
 - FromPlatformFlagConstDisallowed: FROM --platform flag should not use constant value "linux/arm64" (line 1)
 - FromPlatformFlagConstDisallowed: FROM --platform flag should not use constant value "linux/arm64" (line 20)

Which resolve themselves if you remove the --platform.

great. From now on you may pull friendlyfriend/immichstat:latest-arm64 for arm64 devices
