feat request: can we please edit comments?

I can't edit a comment after it is saved. Which I usually want to do because the preview display differs (a lot) from display of the final (submitted) comment.

As commented here:

yeah, it's difficult to get comments formatted correctly because:

1. preview formats differently (worse) than the final display after clicking submit.
2. there is no way to edit a comment after it is saved.

Taken together, very painful.
