html: only highlight <tagname and >

right now, html highlighting looks like this

as you can see, all existing syntax highlighting is removed (#4)

I'm really hoping it's possible to change the highlighting so that instead of what it does now
<div class="sldkfj">
it could do
<div class="sldkfj">

I have some crazy idea that it could be done if the regexes used capture groups. Wadya think?
