aligning styles with the NOTP

• we probably want consistent style between the data entry and the Open Tourism Platform, because they might be merged at some point (according to @des-des)
• you mentioned you might use tachyons to re-style the forms
• we have used tachyons for styling on the OTP, e.g. for reference, here is the register page

Am easy. TBH if this proj just uses BEM, we can pull in the stylesheets and reuse the classes. I think the main thing is that it is put together in such a way that we can steal it..
