Document how to link to tags

@obsidianforensics @rjcolonna what is the recommended method to link to tags?

I'm currently using the full URL #60

I found this https://squidfunk.github.io/mkdocs-material/setup/setting-up-tags/?h=tags but it does not explain how to link to them

I can't find anything official but I did a test on a local install of mkdocs and if you put (tags/#people) as the link it would go to the people tag.
