The public adoption ledger. One comment per named human outside the project who ran a4h, added by the maintainer during the monthly ritual: date, handle, link to the public artifact, one line on what they ran. Nothing else goes in this issue.
What qualifies (see wiki/operations.md): a non-maintainer issue/PR/discussion showing a quickstart was executed · an it-ran / it-didn't-work template submission · a public post, talk or repository describing their own deployment · a platform request that fired the README's gate.
What does not: stars, forks, clones, image pulls, reactions, AI-agent accounts, accounts the maintainer controls, anyone the maintainer personally asked, anyone who only read the docs.
The comment count on this issue is the project's only real score. The stop criterion evaluates it on 2027-02-28: if it is zero, the project is archived with a public post-mortem. A month with no ritual comment counts as zero.
