Move to NodeJS v22 #93

With Node 18 being in maintenance mode already and reaching its end of life in April 2025, I suggest we move to the next LTS release v22 which will be supported until April 2027.

I can look into resolving possible breaking changes if this proposal finds acceptance among the team.

I've made a start on this in #94 - Bot is running and I've updated where I see we need to.
