Animation and PartID for Ambient LT knob and storm switch are the same

Describe the bug

The ambient light knob on the pedestal and the storm switch on the overhead share the same animation. This prevent the storm light switch from being implemented.

Expected behavior

Ambient light switch and storm switch should have their own animations and node ids for the clickspots.

Steps to reproduce

Use the behaviour tool to inspect SWTCH_OVHD_INTLT_DOME.
