Describe the bug

The magenta heading line is not displayed at the top of OANS in either NAV Mode or ARC mode, and aswell as being away from the selected airport.

Expected behavior

The magenta heading lubber line needs adding to the top of the OANS both in NAV and ARC mode, but not PLAN mode.
