Hi

Thank you very much for your development efforts in “Fluent Bit” 😍. Nice documentation and modern software👍.

Unfortunately, I need help with the configuration (i.e. as a user of the software). Many things do not work as I would like them to, but I think the problem is me, in front of the keyboard and monitor.

StackOverflow maybe close and downvote user/admin questions.

Unfortunately, all listed communities are very proprietary (closed source, non-anonymous and surveillance capitalism).
I see only Slack (Salesforce), X (Elon Musk) and Google. Those all are very controversial companies 🤑🤑🤑 .

Would it be possible to have a more open community? A forum like Discourse or Flarum? Maybe a mailman based mailing list fluentbit-users and fluentbit-developers? Mastadon as a federated alternative to X?

These are just examples and ideas, I would like more open platforms for users (preferably semi-anonymous or pseudonymous).

Last but not least, Reddit is not a good idea because they block VPN traffic and Mozilla based browsers with privacy plugins.

Thank you very much for reading my input.
