* [x] Is a function call/definition higher order?
* [x] Get additional size information on notebooks (cell count etc.)
* [x] Make sure that `.Primitive` and `.Internal` invocations are correctly included in call context queries, similar to `.Call` or `.C`
* [ ] Try to guess at "is-vectorized"/vectorization taking place
