Use a flag to check whether a model was built during a dbt run #43
Description
If possible, we should be using an is_built_flag to check which models in a build should be included in the observability queries and uploads. If we build just models/marts+ then anything not included in the scope of the build should not be included in the observability tables. Ideally there will be a flag in the build artifacts that we can use.
