Build process for a macOS app is trying to create and use an insane file path

That file path can't be right. I had the same issue with another app, and then it just started building fine. This app built about an hour before this started happening. I have no idea if it's possible to tell flet build to behave.

I should also mention that this problem occurred with a different project. After changing several files and returning them to their original state, about an hour later it magically built. This is obviously something that is hard-caching somewhere. It was building until it wasn't. It happened with that other project, and then this was building and now it won't.

Any clues as to what cache files are hanging around.

My other projects all build just fine.

Different day, different eyes...

I was looking at the -vv output and noticed it was referencing the .app file I copied from the build dir into the project root. Somehow, it was doing some odd recursion because that file was there. Problem is solved and app is built. I copied the previous build there for convenience. Now I know not to do that.
