Feature: Add a setting to always turn off checkbox for selected file/folder

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

有分栏，外观好

Requirements

建议在设置中添加完全关闭复选框，虽然有选择项目时是否打开复选框。但是关闭后鼠标移动到文件夹图标上还是有显示，建议去除。 否则严重影响美观

我知道设置里有那个取消复选框，但是那个取消不完全，关闭后鼠标再次移动到文件或文件夹图标上时仍就有显示复选框
