Alarms seem to retain the timezone they are created in, and no longer correspond to local time once the timezone has changed. The timezone is not visible in the UI, but can be deduced from the offset in the "X hours Y minutes from now" text when the alarm is enabled.
Device Info
Brand: OnePlus
Model name: 3T
Android version: LineageOS 17.1 / Android 10
Steps to Reproduce
Create an alarm
Enable the alarm
Observe that the "X hours Y minutes from now" text shows the correct offset between the current time and the alarm time
Change timezones
Enable the same alarm
Observe that the "X hours Y Minutes from now" text has an offset of the difference between the original and the current timezone
