Fix and test SPv1 feature

Seems I broke SPv1 support with the 0.7 upgrade 😢 we should have a test for it to avoid that in the future. cc @tacio

I fixed it but only in fedibtc fork, since Fedi now have to maintain a fork, and we have a plan to make a big change on FMO architecture, I think for now, we can just ignore or remove the feature flag and its references.

Good to know, then I'll just push forward with the re-architecting and then test it properly once modules are really supported.
