Create a brand new sample application using JHipster with Kafka module

Overview of the feature request

On the model of the JHipster sample application, create a new sample application generated with JHipster and using the Kafka module.

It could be automagic and inspired by the following scripts: https://github.com/jhipster/jhipster-automated-samples.

Add default values to all prompt options (for instance: missing for components and prefixes).

Motivation for or Use Case

Replace the old sample application.
