Annotation history misleading

I updated this image by changing the bbox location and the history says that I, "Identified as "Prayidae" by [Laura Chrobak](https://database.fathomnet.org/fathomnet/#/community/profile/cbb6099a-3e1b-4468-bb24-d0d3d6c6554c)" I think it would be better if this read, "localization changed by [Laura Chroba] or something along those lines
