Firebase hosting: Configure headers does not seem honored

When distributing the web part of my Flutter app to Firebase hosting with Flutter distributor, it does not configure the headers as I have specified in firebase.json.

I don't know if there is a way to get Flutter Distributor to use the configuration, but when I use another Github action to distribute it is configured with Firebase hosting (I get the right max caching times and not some default hour for all files).
