It would be lovely if fast.ai supported https:// but, in the meantime, would it be possible to make sure that all the external links used it where possible?

For example, on https://github.com/fastai/courses/blob/master/setup/install-gpu.sh#L10

The nvidia link can be upgraded.

I'm happy to go through the files and update them, if you're interested?
