Lesson 2 downloading the url files

[Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'data/bears/urls_grizzly.txt'
When I download the files, it doesn't ask if i want to download in a specific format, is that causing the error. Double,triple checked the code but can;t find any discrepancy.
