When managing skills, I found that I cannot batch manage them, including turning certain skills on/off across various programming agents, categorizing/originating/tagging management, and bulk deletion./当我在管理技能时，发现我无法批量的进行管理，包括在各编程agent中开关某项/某些项skills，分类/分来源/分tag管理，批量删除等。

Proposed Solution / 建议方案

The most needed requirement is to batch specify for one or several programming agents whether certain multiple skills are available or unavailable; second, can we add category management to display and batch enable/disable for a certain source; finally, we can add tag functionality to favorite or tag/color-mark certain skills./最需要的要求是对某个/某几个编程agent批量指定对某多个技能是可用/不可用；其次，能否添加分类管理，对某来源进行展示、批量开关；最后，可添加tag功能，对某些skill进行收藏或tag/颜色标记。
