Have tight coupling between code in cell and extension #24
Description
Currently actions following from interaction with the extension do not result in the objects in the notebook interpretor actually changing. But this should happen. Concretely, publishing a cell should call the publish_as_nanopub method from the correpsonding FairStep or FairWorkflow.
