Interruption of training（from epoch 0 to epoch 1）

I met a problem when i tried to train your supplied codes on COCO2017.
I have prepared the envrionment and datasets well as the README

it is OK to train by the instruction "./bin/silk-cli mode=train-silk", and it is OK for epoch 0
But, after Validation of epoch 0, it could not jump to the epoch 1, and it stopped.

do you know the possible reason? thank you
