Non-nested Text elements with role='link' trigger multiple screen reader focus stops on Android.

On iOS each of above Text elements is read as single focusable text (correct). Texts with role="link" are announced as link (correct).
However, on Android, when text has role="link" assigned it starts to focus screen reader first on the whole text (announces: "links available"), then 2nd time on the content itself (announces: "link").
When such Text element has multiple child Text, it first focuses on the top-level text (announces: "links available"), then it focuses on each of child Text (announces: "link"), despite child Texts not being assigned link role.
