[BUG] The list of self-hosted exit nodes completely disappears if I delete *any* machine in Tailscale admin panel

The title explains it all. I currently only have 1 exit node, can't say what happens if I delete any machine with 2 or more exit nodes. And I can't say surely what happens if I delete Mullvad VPN.

The list reappears when Ktailctl is restarted. I'm using the version from Flathub if that helps.

Thanks for reporting. I will see if I can reproduce/fix this. Good to hear that a restart fixes it.
