Document reverse camera usage + requirements in readme

Its unclear how a reverse camera can be used when reading through the readme. This would help me a lot in deciding how I want to use LIVI and what I need to start my project.

Hi @soupy-boy,

Settings → General → Tab Settings → Reverse Camera → Camera → select the detected camera.

I've tested a few USB webcams and action cameras. If you have a case where the camera is not detected, we can try to debug it. I know there is defacto no documentation atm, but that's mainly because there are still a lot of changes happening, and any documentation quickly becomes outdated.
