Potential fix for mouse wheel over-scrolling in albums on some devices? - Scroll delay setting

I use a Steam Deck docked in desktop mode with an external display, mouse, k/b as my primary PC, and noticed this extension on Firefox and Chrome over-scrolls albums like crazy when using the mouse wheel to navigate albums. I tested with another extension, Imagus, to see if that also had the same issue. It does, however Imagus has a setting for a scroll delay measured in milliseconds. By increasing this delay to around 200ms I could comfortably scroll albums one image at a time. Could we get this feature added?
