express example programs in Node.js example

In Node.js project, we are building a collection of opinionated and real-world examples, more than a simple hello world code. I have proposed an outline for express nodejs/examples#10

The PR for the example in the nodejs repo is still open nodejs/examples#21 and there's been no activity for 3+ years. At some point we should consider closing this and reopen or open a new issue when that lands, if ever.
