Support zabbix 7.0

Hi, with the release of zabbix 7.0 and the completely removed of deprecated params user the gem was unusable.

I'm interested to contribute or adopt it, what was your future plan for this gem?

I just published and made a PR of an internal fork of this gem we actually use with puppet for zabbix_host creation.
I added only zabbix_host compatibility.
Feel free to use it :)
