Was this lib intended to work with .mp4 files?

import AssetUtils from "expo-asset-utils";
const asset = await AssetUtils.resolveAsync('blah.com/movie.mp4');

error:

[Unhandled promise rejection: Error: Directory for file:///var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/ ..... / doesn't exist
