[Bug]: Add mcp server error 404

Description

Adding a custom MPC service directly from the edit screen of a previously created IA agent generates a 404 error (Page not found / The page you are looking for does not exist).

Steps to Reproduce

To generate the error, follow these steps:

1- https://domain.com.br/agents/list
Access the agent list, create a new agent, or, if you already have an agent, go to the option to edit the agent.

2- https://domain.com.br/agents/4db1b392b495c05/edit
Open the editing screen and go to the MCP Servers option.

3- Scroll to the bottom of the screen, in the section:
Custom MCPs / Add custom MCP servers you created.

Click the button "Add Custom MCP".

4- No custom MCP configured. Connect MCP servers created on the management page.

Click the button "Add MCP Server".

5- Click the button "Add MCP Server".

Result:
https://domain.com.br/custom-mcp-servers

"Page not found. The page you are looking for does not exist."

Expected Behavior

create a mcp server here in edition of agent, or redirect to step https://domain.com.br/agents/custom-mcp-servers (Dashboard>Agent ai>Custom MCPs)

Actual Behavior

not working in this section.
