Print pauses before first layer, doesn't pause on filament change. (P1S)

I tried using the latest commit, because of the extra {endif} breaking the latest release. I am able to start a print with a filament change. But it pauses right before it starts printing the first layer and doesn't pause when it comes to the filament change layer.

I used to have a working version of this code but managed to lose it when i Reinstalled windows, and i can't get the new version to work.

Managed to get it paused at the right spot randomly, but when it returns to printing after i change the filament it starts printing in the chute.
