Unknown syntax error {endif}

I've successfully used this script in the past, yet when I setup a new computer using the latest version from GitHub, I get the following error in BambuSlicer

Versions

BambuStudio: 1.9.7.52
OSX: 15.0 (24A335)

Steps to reproduce

1. Copy/Paste the contents of change_filament_noAMS_P1P_0.4nozzle_v1.9.5.gcode at commit ab1cb728726ea4168058958b4a4b6de65f92c680 into the Change filament g-code section

2. Attempt to slice any file

Workaround

Remove line 190 (Though I'm not convinced this is the correct solution)

Additional information

I've reverted and applied this custom gCode multiple times on multiple instances of BambuSlicer. I'm positive I'm copying/pasting correctly.

It seems quite incredible that this error was even possible in the first place as it completely breaks the G-code and makes it nonfunctional on any printers. So one wonders if the code is being tested before being pushed here to production?

And as incredible as it seems also, this is still unresolved one month later whereas the solution seems pretty straightforward. Although the code was updated two months ago, there is no input in Issues from the author since May 2024. So one wonders if this repo is still alive?

I think almost everyone is using the older version that is linked on Reddit. I reverted back to that version as it mostly works.
