Description
We need to understand where and when exactly each datapoint is recorded so we can qualify the insights more accurately. For every table used in every notebook, we should identify the exact emission site in the Tysm codebase, and then describe the happens-before and happens-after relationships (e.g. X event is recorded after a non-duplicate message on topic A is received, after it's validated, but before it's handed off to the application for processing).
In addition, we should specify what nodes are collecting the data: Xatu Sentries or Contributoor participants?
