The imported source-zendesk-support connector is not performing well for a new user that has a large amount of data within Zendesk Support. Multiple streams will take days-weeks to backfill. Instead of continuing to maintain and do a major overhaul of the imported connector, building a native connector that can process streams in parallel is the better use of time.

The initial version of the connector will have a subset of the imported connector's streams, and the remaining streams will be added at a later date.
